Sheldon Swartzentruber President/Owner Lives in Greenwood, DE with wife, Sylvia. Has two children and five grandchildren. Enjoys Hunting, Camping, Riding Motorcycle, Involved in all Day-to-Day operations, Invoicing, Advertising, Marketing, Human Resources, & Safety Issues.	Gary Barie Gary is our Operations Manager for the Roofing division. He and his wife Holly have a daughter, Alex. Gary and Alex enjoy playing guitars together. Gary is an outdoorsman who enjoys hunting and camping with his family.	Jason Swartzentruber Jason manages our service department. He does invoicing and material coordination for the roofing division. He is the son of Sheldon and Sylvia and is married to Erica. They have two sons. Jason enjoys hunting, sports, crabbing, and pizza.
Noah Spence Noah works with the Duradek Sales division. His wife's name is Holly, and they have 3 kids. Noah is an avid fan of Star Wars and video games.	Spencer Lehman Spencer moved to Bridgeville, DE, after he married Sheldon and Sylvia's daughter, Caitlin. He joined the DRC team in the sales department in 2020, and has since moved to operations and scheduling for the roofing division. Spencer and Caitlin have 3 daughters. He enjoys playing guitar, hobby farming, motorcycles, goats, camping, and many other topics.	Mike Johnson Mike joined the DRC crew in 2024 and oversees scheduling and operations for the Duradek division.
Andrew Wilhelm Andrew joined DRC in 2024 and is in charge of our coating department. He is a valuable asset with his CDL. He is married to Esther and enjoys hanging out with family and friends, as well as hunting.	Brian Barczak Brian handles sales for the roofing division. He and his wife Beth have 3 boys. He enjoys cooking, music, skiing, and traveling with friends.	Bob Richards Bob is our service technician. He is a skilled DJ in his off hours.
Penny Shanks Penny Shanks is the office manager at DRC. She grew up and currently lives in Maryland with her husband Lew. They have a daughter and two grandchildren. Penny enjoys projects around her house, reading, picnics, and spending time with family and friends.	Sylvia Swartzentruber Sylvia is married to Sheldon. She was the primary office manager for 36 years, but recently handed over the reigns to Penny. Sylvia handles some of the behind-the-scenes operations for the DRC office.
